Community Engagement Manager


The Community Engagement Manager provides overall direction for HUECU’s community outreach, corporate giving, financial education, and public relations. This individual has a key role in the HUECU’s business development, deepening relationships within our sponsor organizations and identifying opportunities for new partnerships. The focus of this role will be to tie community engagement strategies to the HUECU’s business objectives, and deliver on the organization’s mission to consistently grow and improve our social impact. The Community Engagement Manager supervises and directs the ongoing activities of a team of two Community Engagement Specialists.


Brand Communications Manager


The Brand Communications Manager oversees daily operations of the Brand Communications Department and leads the tactical implementation of the Marketing Communication plans. This individual employs broad organizational influence to coordinate cross-functional teams and resources in support of promotional campaigns, member events, and new product launches. The Brand Communications Manager provides leadership and direction for Brand Communications staff, including direct supervision of the Marketing Design Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, and the Direct Marketing Specialist.


Member Support Agent


The Support Center at Harvard University Employees Credit Union is a full-service contact center servicing the Harvard community and affiliate organizations.  The Member Support Agent provides timely and accurate information to all members in a courteous and professional manner. In addition, this individual identifies opportunities for “Surprise and Delight” by listening to the members, establishing personal connections, and proactively engaging the member with timely and thoughtful follow-up.
