Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Branch Administration, the Branch Manager oversees and monitors all Branch operations. Ensures timely and accurate daily branch balancing. Responsible for branch security and monthly audit procedures in regards to money orders, instant issue debit card stock, branch and teller cash, and ATMs. The Branch Manager actively seeks opportunities to increase HUECU visibility, develop memberships and new business within the Harvard/MGH/Partners organizations and maintains strong business relationships with key affiliate personnel.
The Branch Manager acts as a primary resource, providing direction and expertise to staff and Credit Union Members. They are responsible for effective staff management for a group or team of employees, including hiring and orientation, training and development, workflow and performance management, and the promotion of an inclusive and innovative work environment. Additionally, they will manage operations of branch including customer service, branch balancing, physical appearance and security; ensure adequate personnel coverage for branch location; identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes and recommend changes in facilities, staffing levels, and branch hours.
Support Center Representative
The Support Center at Harvard University Employees Credit Union is a full service contact center servicing the Harvard community and affiliate organizations. The Support Center Representative provides timely and accurate information to all members in a courteous and professional manner. Fulfils service requests, troubleshoots problems and recommends additional products and services as appropriate. In addition, this individual identifies opportunities for “Surprise and Delight” by listening to the members, establishing personal connections, and proactively engaging the member with timely and thoughtful follow-up.
Reporting to the AVP, Education & Consumer Lending, the Education Lending Outreach Coordinator is responsible for providing support and customer service to members, retail, and key stakeholders. They will actively engage members through the education loan lifecycle, manage communication strategies, and establish internal training programs.

Will be responsible for providing timely, accurate service to all customers.
Loan Servicing Coordinator
Reporting to the Consumer Loan and Credit Card Portfolio Manager, the Loan Servicing Coordinator independently coordinates the consumer loan servicing program, associated processes and procedures, account adjustments and corrections, loan record management, release of paid loans, insurance and title tracking. Works independently with minimal supervision, to providing support and customer service to members, retail, operations, and key stakeholders related to the Loan Servicing program.
