Specifically responsible for ATM/Debit and Credit Card operational support service. This role will also provide timely, accurate and professional assistance to members and staff on all card service inquiries.

Business Analytics Specialist

The Business Analytics Specialist serves a variety of business analytics needs including data collection, database maintenance, data analysis, measurement and reporting. This position assists in the development, implementation, and ongoing use of custom reports, analysis, and market research tools. In addition to strong computer skills, core competencies include the ability to locate trends in data and turn data into user-friendly reports for various departments.

Deposit Operations Representative II/Transaction Processor

The Deposit Operations Representative II/Transaction Processor is responsible for processing and distributing all incoming mail and mobile check deposits.  Develops knowledge of Credit Union products and services and recommends appropriate usage to members. Using strong analytical skills, achieves a high level of accuracy in the processing and balancing of daily teller transactions.  Must use discretion and judgment to adhere to strict financial privacy policies and maintain a level of integrity and maturity regarding high risk, confidential financial information.

Chief Lending Officer

The Chief Lending Officer (CLO) provides strategic leadership at HUECU. The CLO is a member of the Senior Leadership Team, setting the strategic direction for the organization and responsible for the successful implementation and performance of its business initiatives.

The CLO plans and directs all aspects of HUECU’s lending operations, including mortgage, home equity, educational lending, and consumer lending, which includes credit cards, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Controller

The Controller reports directly to the SVP & Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and oversees the daily transactions and operations of the Harvard University Employees Credit Union (HUECU) Finance Office, including general accounting, procurement, accounts payable, cash receipts, expense report processing, journal entry processing, accounts receivable, fixed assets, investment reporting, and participation and investor reporting. The Controller is responsible for establishing all HUECU-specific policies and procedures pertaining to these areas, and works with HUECU management and board members to ensure high levels of customer service, providing professional, timely, and accurate financial services. The role manages three accounting staff, one financial analyst, and two staff on HUECU’s Collection team.
