To protect the privacy of our members, HUECU requires written consent in order to release your education loan information to a third party, and allow them to act on your behalf. To move forward with your request, please review and submit the below form.

- I hereby authorize HUECU to release information regarding my education loan(s) to the above referenced third party. I understand that I am also providing consent for the above mentioned person or organization to act on my behalf in all matters related to my HUECU education loan(s), including the signing of all documents associated with my account(s). Any and all acts carried out by the above mentioned third party on my behalf shall have the same effect as acts of my own.
