HUECU Holds Annual Meeting

On Monday, March 27, 2023 Harvard University Employees Credit Union held its 83rd Annual Meeting at the Harvard Faculty Club.

At the meeting, members in attendance heard from Credit Union officers and directors about the 2022 performance of HUECU. Speakers included Chairman George White, President and CEO Craig Leonard, Senior Vice President and CFO Katie Armstrong, and Board Director & Treasurer John Lichten.

Also at the meeting, George White announced the elected Board of Directors. There was not an election this year to vote for the Board of Directors as there were five open spots and five candidates. Four incumbents were elected and will be joined by a new board member, Marty Ray.

Congratulations to our elected Directors: Karrie Ford, John Lichten, Jason Luke, Marty Ray, and George White. All of our Directors bring years of experience and enthusiasm to the Board, and we are excited to work with them over the course of their three-year term.

We would also like to thank Susan Simon who stepped down from the board, after 6 years of service to the Credit Union.
