Member Services Representative
Harvard University Employees Credit Union (HUECU) is seeking a dynamic, energetic employee with outstanding communications skills and a passion for customer service! Our ideal candidate will focus on providing an exceptional customer experience in all member touch-points, in-person, phone interactions and digital communications. Will be responsible for providing timely, accurate service to all customers. Expected to float to other branch locations in the Cambridge, Boston and Somerville areas as business needs warrant.
The Teller is responsible for performing transactions for Harvard University Employee Credit Union (HUECU) members. Has knowledge of and promotes sales and usage of HUECU products and services. Comfort with discussing account options with new or existing members. Strong analytical skills requiring high level of accuracy, and responsible for daily balancing of teller work and cash. Must use discretion and adhere to financial privacy policies and display a level of integrity and maturity regarding financial information. Employee required to float between all branch locations and to cover the Greeting Desk at the Harvard Square Branch (HSQ) as necessary.
The Operations Assistant supports the operational functions to enhance efficient and effective card servicing and service to members. Specifically, responsible for ATM/Debit and Credit Card Services. This role will also provide timely, accurate and professional assistance to members and staff. Provides backup for the Electronic Delivery Services and other Card Services staff, as needed.
Support Center Representative
HUECU is seeking a dynamic, energetic employee with outstanding communications skills and a passion for customer service! Our ideal candidate will focus on providing an exceptional member experience in all customer touch-points with a specific focus on incoming phone calls, emails and other electronic forms of inquiry.
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Mortgage Operations, the Mortgage Processor engages in the processing and pre-underwriting of active mortgages received by the Harvard University Employees Credit Union. Additionally, he/she is responsible for keeping current on all compliance and regulatory issues, including established credit union policies and procedures. He/She is also responsible for keeping current with Fannie Mae and any other outside vendors used to originate mortgages.
Business Applications Assistant
Reports to the Director of Information Technology/ISO. Responsible for assisting other Business Applications Assistant with the overall management of all line of business applications, and related vendors, for the Harvard University Employees Credit Union.
