How to replace an HUECU debit or credit card:
Reporting your debit card lost or stolen is easy using the HUECU Cards App, and a new card will be automatically reissued. Download the App using the links below and have your card information handy to complete the registration.
If you’re replacing a damaged card or would like to request a replacement card without using the cards app, please follow the instructions below.
To have your Harvard Alumni credit card replaced, please call:

To have your HUECU debit or ATM card replaced, please complete this form.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your new card to arrive by mail within the U.S. International mailings can take a longer time to arrive. To replace a debit card in person, you can visit our Harvard Square, or Massachusetts General Hospital branch. A valid government-issued id is needed to obtain an instant issued debit card.
