1. Annual Percentage Rate (APR). After introductory period APR is variable and will range from 16.99 % to 18.00 % based on credit card choice and credit worthiness. A 2% fee applies to balance transfers. APR is calculated by adding some margin (dependent on credit worthiness) to the prime rate as published in the Wall Street Journal on the last Thursday of every month. First year consists of the first 12 billing cycles and is only eligible for new HUECU accounts. We will not refinance an existing HUECU credit card.
