If you need to dispute a transaction, please follow the instructions below.

Disputing credit and debit card transactions is easy using the HUECU Cards App! Download the App using the links below and have your card handy to complete the registration.
If you would like to dispute a charge without using the cards app, please follow the below steps:
For Credit and Debit cards, you may call the dedicated dispute department 888-918-7341, Mon – Fri 7:00am – 10:00pm and Sat 7:00am – 6:00pm. After hours, call 888-918-7322.
For ATM cards you may email email@example.com or call 617-495-4460.
Provisional credit will be issued within 10 business days, while we investigate the fraud claim. Please see our FAQ page for common questions asked when processing a dispute.
